Message-ID: <779@mcgill-vision.UUCP> Date: Thu, 28-May-87 18:01:25 EDT Article-I.D.: mcgill-v.779 Posted: Thu May 28 18:01:25 1987 Date-Received: Wed, 10-Jun-87 04:40:30 EDT Distribution: na Organization: McGill University, Montreal, Canada Lines: 25 Keywords: Pc's Limited Inboard386/AT Has anyone successfully installed an Intel Inboard386/AT in a PC's Limited AT compatible (6/8 Mhz)? Intel confirms that Inboard386/AT will work in multi-speed compatibles such as the Compac Deskpro/286, but can't confirm (ie, they haven't tried it) in PC's Limited AT clones. In addition, PC's Limited is not confirming whether or not the Inboard/386 works in their machine (probably to protect their '386 clone sales). Anyway I'd appreciate anybody's comments/experiences with the Inboard386/AT in a PC's Limited AT clone. Thanx in advance.
