Message-ID: <286@mdbs.UUCP> Date: Tue, 9-Jun-87 12:23:29 EDT Article-I.D.: mdbs.286 Posted: Tue Jun 9 12:23:29 1987 Date-Received: Sat, 13-Jun-87 04:13:54 EDT Distribution: comp Organization: Micro Data Base Systems, Inc., Lafayette Indiana Lines: 30 Xref: utgpu comp.sys.ibm.pc:4169 comp.graphics:710 comp.sources.wanted:1163 [line-eater bait] I am having a great deal of difficulty printing graphics out on a dot matrix printer, when the graphics boards in question are the Hercules and the EGA board. My trouble with the Hercules board may be self-inflicted - the only piece of software i have left from Hercules is HGC.COM, so if they provide their own GRAPHICS.COM with the board i am out of luck. The EGA board is quite persistant in refusing to dump graphics. I have been told, by IBM tech support no less, that one needs 3.2 DOS to dump graphics, but i have had no luck with it. I have heard rumors to the effect that there exists a PD routine to dump graphics, but that is all i have, rumors. In both cases i am trying to dump graphics from within a program. Interrupt 5 seems to be stumped, and so am i. Help! (and thanx in advanx...) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- John M.
