I am in need of detailed information concerning the EGA (Enhanced
Graphics Adaptor) board.  I am working on a small graphics library,
and have written routines for bios modes 4-6.  But I have no
documentation for bios modes 13-16.  How do I twiddle pixels in these
modes?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
