Neighorn) Distribution: world Organization: Qic Laboratories, Portland Oregon Lines: 22 Xref: mnetor comp.sys.ibm.pc:5004 comp.unix.xenix:398 I recently posted a message about the availability of a 16bit version of the compress utility for Microport Unix. I received several requests for the source code to the main program. I mailed out copies of the source for the main program to these people. The bad news is I got a mailbox full of returned source code for my efforts. Of the following people, if they are out there, who did and did not receive the source code requested: elandes!src, liberty!transue, cdp!scott, romp!bob, chas2!bruce If you would, please send mail informing me of your compress situation, and giving me a *workable* mail path to each of your sites. I have tried sending a message similar to this one, but alas, like the source code that preceeded it, the message was returned. I apologize for using the public forum for this message, but I had no other way to contact the people who made the requests. -- Steven C.
