This is probably old hat, but I missed it.

How does one simulate Shift-Prtsc and Ctrl-Prtsc to allow a program to
print the current screen, or toggle the print-screen option on or off?

I'm looking for the usual relocatable hex code (for inline insertion),
and/or POKEs or their equivalent in high-level language.
