The moderator said that binary uploads are to be uuencode pkarc files. If you started subscribing to comp.binaries.ibm.pc before the Administrivia message was deleted then you deserve any headaches you've recieved. However, I agree that it would be helpful 1)if the Administrivia message was not deleted and 2)if people mention that they've used pkarc v?.? to pack the files they've uploaded. jvc@mirror.TMC.COM
