	On a PC or XT an Int 13h,function 04h can be used to determine
	if there is a disk in a drive.  This does not work on an AT (or
	clone).  Can anyone suggest a workaround or alternative
	solution?
Some time ago, someone stated in this group, that this call has to be repeated
3 times, according to IBM specs. It worked fine for me. The reason is,
that the BIOS routine doesn't wait long enough for the drive to respond.
So it may work on a PC, but the AT is too fast.
