Subject: 68020 boards for multibus


Can anyone point me to a multibus 68020 (or 68010 with a very
fast clock) board with the following:

o At least 512k bytes of local memory
o at LEAST 2 (and very preferrably 4) serial ports capable
     of up to 56kb, baudrate software selectable, with
     DMA on the ports and SDLC/HDLC hardware in the SART 
     (something like the AMD 8530, but with a DMA chip as
     well).

Failing that, how about suggestions for ANY fast 68020 Multibus
boards.  Software is NOT a necessity (we will embed with a boot
EPROM), but if it does NOT have the serial chips, then it is
going to have to have a floppy disk controller.
