Kim Kempf posted a quicky program to help with this. Frankly I'm speaking from memory and I can't remember what the tool did. I *think* it simply edited the FAT entries as you specified. I can't even remember if you had to do any manual calculations in terms of track and sector or whether it did that much for you. Being Kim's work, I can't post it to the Net without his permission. Actually, he's often on the Net, so I assumed that he might do it himself. Unfortunately, I believe he's on a holiday for the next week. I'll try to remember to ask him about it when he gets back.
