Summary: when?  can it be given away?


When will the Arabic System Software be ready for public release?  Is it okay
to give the System APDA is shipping away?  (I met someone who wants to do
Arabic word processing, and I want to know if I need to buy a copy to sell to
him or if it's legal just to copy it from someone else who has one).
