Well folks;

Here is the final word direct and in person from the U. S. Post
Master General I would like to introduce to you CA State Civil code
1584.5 that states that if you didn't order it, you can consider
it a gift.

So if some company sends you a widgit, magazine, or what have you and
you did not ask for it in the first place it's yours to enjoy.
