Well, because I got my Dataframe through ComputerWare's mail-order division,
I have had to call and ask them to ship new software out.  And, each time,
they have mailed it out to me quickly, and been extremely pleasant on the
phone.

In other words, I have nothing but good things to say about the company,
especially after owning a 20 Meg hard drive that has worked like a charm for
a year now.
