I've had a Jasmine Direct Drive 50 (that's right, 50) since late April, and
so far, no problems with it. Overall the only minor hassle I've had with the
company was a one-week slip in delivery date, during which I felt I was
getting a slight run-around. Part of that was, I suspect, due to changes in
the product line. They are still a pretty small operation, which always
carries a bit of risk...
