Yes, I have had very good responses form Supermac.  I called them last Monday
asking for the latest software updates and received two disks & a long letter
explaining what was on them that Wednesday.  I then updated my Dataframe20
and all has been well since.  This has been the experience of everyone that
I know around here who have Dataframes.
