It arrived about 2 weeks late, but on that account my story is the same as others have posted. I did have a problem with fan noise also, a vibrating sound that made the machine impossible to use. Taking a look inside I found that one of the blades was scraping the side of the fan housing, causing the vibration. I used a nail file to take off a couple-hundreths, and the fan has performed flawlessly since. If you can survive the ordering delay, I highly recommend Jasmine drives on price/performance. JKR
