The uw posting to comp.binaries.mac reached here missing about 600 lines. Anybody out in net-land get the whole thing, and want to mail it to me? The part 1 posting was 805 lines, about 50k in size. It got here alright, but this size is really tempting the line-eater beast. Others may be skeptical, but it is my strong belief that any posting or mail which is over 32k is a strong temptation to whatever it is that eats lines out of communications. Interestingly, the second part of uw appears to be missing lines out of the MIDDLE of the posting. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND that electronic mail and postings be kept to under 32k, at least until the line eater is found and destroyed. -- ********************************************************************* *Earle R.
