Just a reminder - please do not use low memory globals not documented
in Inside Macintosh (1-5) or the Technical Notes (1-130).  You will
cause endless compatability grief and make life very difficult for
you and for Apple.

And also, the famous Apple Thought Police will come and get you.
And believe me, they are worse thatn the boogeyman! ;-)
