I am considering starting a small consulting firm; I understand
that it's useful to become incorporated, and there are other considerations.

Are there any readers out there who have started a computer consultation
firm or software company from scratch? Can you give me an indication
of what's involved? Specifically, what do I need in the way of:

	Startup Rsources
	Tax Information
	Legal Information.
