As far as I've been able to figure out, the microswitch in the SE doesn't co-
operate nicely with the new plastic button. The switch will disengage before
the "click", and will sometimes remain engaged, probably due to the increased
friction from the welded plastic switch. The prolonged scroll mainly happens
when you rest your finger lightly on the mouse button (I do this all the time).
