Message-ID: <10538@decwrl.DEC.COM> Date: Thu, 25-Jun-87 23:45:53 EDT Article-I.D.: decwrl.10538 Posted: Thu Jun 25 23:45:53 1987 Date-Received: Sat, 27-Jun-87 05:16:18 EDT Sender: daemon@decwrl.DEC.COM Organization: Digital Equipment Corporation Lines: 15 I just tried to use the Beverly Hills font on my Mac II with interesting results. It looks just fine, but, using Word V3.0, if I single-underline a word (NOT the spaces on either side of the word) the underline extends itself around an inch (a variable amount) to the left of the word, underlining part of the previous word. Note that the underline isn't REALLY attached to the previous word (it does NOT have the underline attribute), and changing the selected word from single to double-underline corrects the problem (ie double-underline works just fine). The same copy of the font works just fine on a Mac Plus also running System 4.1. Does anyone know what's going on? Thanks, Jeff Harrow
