    I am trying to set StatText items of a ModalDialog using
SetIText instead of ParamText. I am using LightSpeed Pascal
on a MacXL. Sometimes the text is displayed when I call
ModalDialog, but other times the text is blank. Does anyone
have any suggestions on how to make the text show every time I
call ModalDialog? I am working on a prototyping tool that uses a user's
resource file to let them  specify the user interface by
displaying their resources in the order they choose.  I'm using
ParamText for their dialogs and alertts so I would prefer not
to use it for thee dialogs from my resource file.
