I am in the process of writing a program that needs to use the
Vretical Retrace Queue.  In looking over the Inside Mac chapter
I see it is less then complete ;-)  I have tried for several days
to get things working (at all), and have also looked for any
(locally) available Mac programming book; to no avail.  What I
need is either (or both) -
	1) 1 or more examples of working programs that install and
	   use the Vertical Retrace Manager,
	2) Helpfull hints about its use.
