AT&T MS-DOS formats hard disks with 8K size clusters where as
IBM PC-DOS 3.x uses 2K cluster. SO if you want to use PC-DOS 3.x on
an AT&T machine you may have to reformat the hard disk. 
   
There is a public domain program named CLOCKDEV.sys which fixes the 
clock and calendar problem. If there is enough interest, I will post the
program.
