Summary: need info on Zenith H19 terminal

I recently came into possession of a Zenith H19 terminal, without
the manual.  It is set to 2400 BAUD, and I need it set to 9600 BAUD.

Does anyone:

1) Have a copy of the manual they could part with?

2) Tell me where to inexpensively obtain said manual

or

3) Tell me the usage of the DIP switches inside so that I can change
   the BAUD rate.
