Can anyone tell me how to print rotated text using troff, probably
using the pic preprocessor, so that, for example, a diagonal line
is labelled diagonally on a figure which contains normal (portrait)
text?  I guess it's possible to hack a PostScript command into the
troff input, but I'd like to avoid that, if possible (although those
suggestions gratefully received, too).
