Lines: 15 We seem to have an unusual number of DUP inodes on our weekly fsck's. The manuals state that this is a symptom of an incorrect shutdown of the system. We never reboot the system, we just bring it to single user level to run the backups (with shutdown). So why am I getting so many (~1/month) DUP inodes? Configuration: Vax 11/780 running 4.2BSD.
