Some time ago I saw a message on this mailing list to the effect that
there is a similar mailing list for VMS. Can someone tell me how I can
subscribe to it? I recall that the message said something about it
being somewhere on USENET but I didn't know how to access it from my
site and forgot about it. Now I'd like to get on it. I don't know much
about networks, so don't be afraid to make your instructions too simple.
