I just checked on a Sun-3:  SIGWINCH is 28, SIGLOST is 29, SIGUSR1 is 30,
and SIGUSR2 is 31; i.e., one flavor of 4bsd has no signals left (as you put
it), but it does it with SIGWINCH defined.
