HELP! Does antbody know about this problem? It seems that when I run
nntpxmit to some neighbors, and from neighbors to me, I get:

It only happens with articles that have been seen, but I can't get any
news out! What's really weird is that it doesn't happen with everyone.
Has anyone seen this problem?
