At the risk of sounding Facist....

I was wondering if there were a way I could monitor postings of users at my
site.  The main reason is just curiosity.  I like to know what people think in
general and am interested in discussing it with them.  Since they are posting
to an open forum, I assume that they would have no objection to it.

I also feel a certain responsibility to my employer: they are barely aware of
this forum, and the ability the users have to post information with such a wide
distribution.  Since I am the admin of this machine and have been most adamant
in sustaining our news services, I feel most responsible for what our users
post.  

So I have two questions:

1)	How can I achieve this?

2)	Should I do this?
