The easiest way to do this is to set up a special site in your sys file with a flag of 'L' (all local postings). Since you can send a message to an arbitary program, simply have this entry send it to mail, and have mail stick it in your mailbox. I've done this in the past when I was monitoring all outgoing messages from a site I ran. >2) Should I do this? There is no reason why you shouldn't -- you, as admin, are responsible for what the users post, both to the net and to your management. It's impossible to watch all of the groups, so this is a way of making sure your users (1) aren't posting proprietary or other restricted information, and (2) aren't being total idiots and ruining the reputation of your site and the company that sponsors it. It is their responsibility to be professional on the net. It is your responsibility to make srue they don't forget theirs. Seems pretty clear cut to me, but I expect the free-speechers (who tend to not understand what they're talkinga bout...) will scream and yell anyway. chuq Chuq Von Rospach chuq@sun.COM Delphi: CHUQ Now, where did my ex-wife put my Fairy Dust?
