Duties and responsibilities will include: (1) maintaining the Department of Computer Science research facilities VAX 11/750, Sun 3/160, Sun 3/50 workstations running UNIX, (2) develops and maintains system and application software to support the Department's research needs on the above equipment, (3) develops and maintains system and application software to support the Department's teaching needs on the UNIX facility as well as VAX 8600 running VMS, and (4) will supervise the Department's Academic Support Programmer. Potential candidates should have at least a B.A. or a B.Sc. in computer science with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of related experience.
