(2): What nutrients are lost when whole milk is converted to skim milk. (3): Is using distilled water for drinking and cooking wise. I've heard it can drain the body of minerals. (4): What is the current concensus on 'multi-vitamins', and for what vitamins is it OK to take over 100% USRDA (some go as high as 2000% USRDA).
