I am looking for the names of the most popular database management systems that run on Berkeley Unix 4.3 We will be running it on a VAX 8650 and after a year may port it to a microvax running unix 4.3BSD . We need multi user capability and embeddability in C programs ( data base modification and querying from within C programs).Please include manufacturer name & phone number if possible.I am aware of existence of Ingres,Informix.Want info on others.
