I have placed the source, executables, and documentation for MicroEMACS
3.9 on the *IX BBS in the GUEST file area.

Before you ask:
  1) NO I won't mail it to you, the author said he'd post it
  2) NO I won't post it, that's the author's perogative
  3) NO I won't write it on disks if you send them, I had 31 requests
the last time. Pay $2/disk and order it from PESS.
  4) NO I don't have public uucp on this machine at the moment, maybe
next week I'll get it back. ZMODEM is faster and more reliable anyway.

Feel free to try 2400, I'm testing a new modem this week, it might work
on the first line only (all others will stay 1200). If I get ZMODEM
working it will be in the protocols menu.
