Well, I tried to get the stuff from louis (you know, either 192.5.39.3 or
 10.0.0.96) listed in the ftp thing in gnu documentation, and tried to uncompress it, after cat'ing all of the files together (bummer. that they have to make it  a bunch of files). and then the output from uncompress (or zcat)
was corrupted.  the first couple of pages untarred ok, but the rest was trash
I don't know what the problem is, But I think that the sources at louis are bad.  Anyone else had experience with this?
