How do I go about getting a different comment format in GNU Emacs.
The default is something like:

				/* This is comment line 1 */
				/* and this is its continuation */

I would like it to be something like this:

				/*
				 * This is comment line 1
				 * and this is its continuation
				 */

I've been doing this in Jove, and it has a built-in function to
change comment formats, but I can't figure out how to do it in
GNU Emacs.

Any suggestions?
