DOVAR, DOCONST, etc...

Although would making DOCONST

	MOV @-2(IP),-(S)

instead of

	MOV (WP),-(S)

And adding the equivalent stuff to DOCOL, DOVAR, etc... cost more than
the savings in next? Probably not, since (after all) they each have nexts
of their own... this may be an optimisation worth thinking on!
