There is a very POWERFUL version (or rather a superset) of Forth available for PC's, PC-AT's, COMPAQ Deskpro's (286,386) called ASYST. It ain't cheap ($2,000 ) and it is intended for scientific & engineering applications that involve heavy data acquisition and analysis. It provides truly astounding number crunching.
