We've lost some news recently because of system upgrade problems, so
apologies in advance if I've missed a crucial message.

Twice in the last couple of days I've tried to get stuff from the PD
archives on SIMTEL20, but each time my request gets bounced back with the
error 

	No such local mailbox as "ARCHIVE-REQUEST", recipient rejected

As this might suggest, I've been sending to ARCHIVE-REQUEST@SIMTEL20.  Is
this facility no longer available?
