     Any of the 8080 to 8088 converters will work just fine, save for the RIM
and SIM instructions of the 8085.  These, you can no doubt do by hand... if
there are 8088 equivalents ( don't ask me... I don't touch IBM! ).

     Try XLT8086.  Runs on the 8080, and creates an 8088 source file.
