This article claimed that I/O intensive work was a factor of 10 faster on Mach than vanilla Unix. Can anyone verify or explain this? If any reader has a system running Mach, please respond directly to me. How about an IOCALL time, someone? The article said the source tapes are free. Where can I get one?
