In SYS$LIBRARY:VAXCRTL.OLB I find these routines, but nowhere can I find any
documentation on what they are doing, nor their arguments. Can you help me?

[I hope to find a routine to convert filenames to/from vms <> unix.]

The routines are:

	shell$clint
	shell$cli_name
	shell$fix_time
	shell$from_vms
	shell$match_wild
	shell$to_vms
