The use of INPSMB (the VMS batch input symbiont) is documented
in the V4.0 "Guide to system management"
(called "System manager's reference manual" since V4.4),
at the end of the chapter titled "Using the batch/print facility".

There is no INPSMB entry in the "Master index" -
I got the pointer from someone at DEC.
