Someone suggested that one should spawn a subprocess to get accounting
information: This has the obvious disadvantage that you probably pay TWICE
for the resources. If accounting is enables for both subprocess and process
termination the cpu time (added to the master process upon subprocess
termination) will be accounted twice (once for the subprocess and a second
time when the user logs out). Thus if you pay for your CPU DONT SPAWN !
