The incentive to which I refer, of course, is the considerable
savings you get by spending US dollars in Canada. All fees are
naturally in Canadian dollars, which currently are worth about
75 cents US (thanks for the reminder, Brent).

Note: if you are a Canadian member of DECUS, I believe the Call-
for and registration forms are sent automatically with your
DECUScope. If not, you should contact Francine Bellefeuille at
(416)597-3462. Same thing to join DECUS Canada (which is free).
