	I need to read a UNIX tar tape on a VMS system.  Has anyone written
anything to handle this?  I found a PD tar in the UNIX sources archives but
don't want to do the port to VMS if it's already been done.
	BTW, is there an archive of useful VMS source code available for
anonymous FTP?
