(Perhaps, I misunderstood. Could that statement actually mean that if one wishes to modify the code one would need BLISS to do the RE-compilation). If any one out there has indeed payed $100 for this product please answer my question as we are thinking of buying the CMU/TEK IP/TCP package for ourselves.
