The problem was that you need to use the the $ SET COMMAND SWING in order to invoke the SWING.CLD definitions. This commands has to be run at login time, or at least that is the only way I know how to use it. I also had some problems with the SMG file, I had to edit it so the Fortran compiler didn't think some comments were continuations, I am not sure what happened, I added a tab at the front, and truncated some comments at the end. Now it works, and it looks like a nice tool. Thanks to all involved.,.. (round up the usual disclaimers)
