The blurb may be old but is still valid.  Given the current volume of
subscription, a few more folks from info-vax wouldn't be much of a burden.
The only caveat is that the 20 it's distributed from is going away soon,
so the address will probably change come, say, winter.

The list also feeds the "inet" newsgroup misc.security, so if you're a
unix box on the internet you can read it there as well.
